Airfare Terms & Conditions

Role of the Advisor
By requesting that I book airfare on your behalf, you acknowledge that I am acting as a booking agent only. I am not the airline or air service provider. The contract for air transportation is between the passenger and the airline.

Airline Rules and Policies
All airline tickets are subject to the individual airline’s terms, conditions, fare rules, and policies. This includes, but is not limited to, rules regarding changes, cancellations, refunds, seat assignments, baggage allowances, schedule changes, and upgrades. These policies are set solely by the airline and are outside of my control.

Pricing and Ticketing
Airfare pricing includes all applicable taxes and mandatory airline fees at the time of ticketing. Prices are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and paid in full. Airlines may change prices, availability, or fare rules at any time prior to ticket issuance.

Once tickets are issued, all fares are subject to the airline’s change and cancellation policies. Many tickets are non-refundable and may carry change fees or fare differences.

Schedule Changes and Irregular Operations
Airlines may change flight schedules, aircraft, routes, or seat assignments at any time. In the event of a schedule change, delay, cancellation, or disruption, the airline is responsible for reaccommodation and compensation, if any. I will assist when possible, but final decisions and policies rest with the airline.

Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for reviewing all ticket details upon receipt, including names, dates, routing, and passport requirements. Any errors must be reported immediately. Passengers are also responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements for their destination and any transit countries.

Baggage and Seat Assignments
Baggage allowances, seat assignments, and special services are determined by the airline and may vary by fare type. Some fares do not include seat selection or checked baggage. Additional fees may apply and are payable directly to the airline.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, interruption, or flight disruption. Insurance policies and coverage vary, and it is the traveler’s responsibility to review policy details.

Authorization
By authorizing me to book airfare on your behalf, you agree to these terms and conditions and authorize the issuance of airline tickets in your name.
